Superfly's Take on "The Anxious Generation" Jonathan Haidt lays out how a phone-based childhood quietly rewired a whole generation — less play, less sleep, less real-world connection, and a lot more anxiety. The way back isn't complicated: put the phone down, get your feet on the ground, and let the real world hold you again.
